Application specialist/Tester Base 24 - test, Tandem, eps, itil, bank, tss

Needed knowledge/certification:

- ITIL foundation v3 certified
- Preferably certified by ACI worldwide as application specialist on Base24
- TSS (security layer made by ACI)
- Preferably some knowledge on IBM MQ WebSphere for Tandem
- English speaker and writer, Dutch native has a slight preference

Required experience:

- Preferably 10+ years in large financial institutions
- 5+ years of technical hands on experience with Base24 classic, preferably on Tandem platform
- Experience with Base24 EPS
- Vast experience in ITIL oriented environments for Incident, problem, and change management

Profile:

- Team player
- Good communicator, both verbally and written
- Analytic, trouble shooter
- Proactive attitude
- Used to working in high pressure projects/critical environments

Due to a large project commencing we are looking for additional resources to further strengthen the team, mostly for testing activities and troubleshooting.

Main activities:

Managing, maintaining and changing the current Base24 classic application environment with a focus on the application itself. Main activities include testing releases (both fixes and normal updates). Troubleshooting. For the record, programming is NOT involved.

MINIMUM REQUIRED LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE (SPEAKING+WRITING):

- Dutch preferable
- English
