Application Specialist - MS SQL / Fluent German (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-2nd /3rd level support for applications (incident analysis and resolution)
-Lifecycle management
-Support release introductions
-Perform re-occurring maintenance tasks wherever necessary (e.g. data loads, regular check of IT logfiles, provide statistics related to the application)
-Proactive planning and measures definition
-Experience with requirements engineering, translation of business requirements into IT solution design
-Automated recurring tasks
-Handover tasks to operation 1st/2nd level

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Excellent understanding of MS SQL
-Good knowledge in MS .NET an advance
-Very good understanding of software development/customization processes
-Experience in application management
-Experience in 2nd/3rd level support
-Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors
-Knowledge in financial sector resp. specific business knowledge is a plus
-Experience in agile project methods
-Fluency German and English
