Your experience/skills: University degree in computer science with practical experience in application management and Appway Strong knowledge of Business Process Management concepts along with Incident Management and KPIs tracking Several years of working experience in front technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS, Ajax, XML Familiarity with Client Data Management systems, Client Relationship Management, software development and customization processes within the banking sector Languages: fluent German both written and spoken, English is advantageous Your tasks: Contributing IT Service Continuity Management, Lifecycle management and IT Service Roadmap and guiding in Disaster Recovery tests Monitoring improvement of system performance and availability coupled with coordinating deployments into Test and Production environments Providing support to 1st and 2nd Level Support, handling 3rd level support incidents and requests, implementing detailed documentation for the operation as well as reviewing Strategy, Planning and Management Maintaining an IT Service or infrastructure component, Solution in Appway Studio, IT Documentation as well as organizing training for the support staff and technical management staff Supporting IT Service Owner in lifecycle planning of applications as well as in defining and managing OLAs for IT Services based on different service level agreements Start: 04/2018 Duration: 24MM+ Location: Zurich, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH12616 Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
