We are currently looking for an Application Service Delivery Coordinator for a 6 month contract based in Brussels, Belgium.
Experience/Knowledge required:
Minimum 3 Years' experience in IT service delivery or similar functions, preferably in application management.
Technical background experience in desktop/server/network administration as well as software packaging and deployment will be highly appreciated.
Proven track record of IT operation coordination in large companies and multi vendor outsourced environment.
ITIL Experienced.
Combined knowledge and interest mix between business and technology.
Additional experience in asset management, license management or service modelling are a plus.
Highly customer service oriented, structured and organized combined with good level of coordination and communication skills.
Project management experience.
Project Management certification is a plus.
