JOB DESCRIPTION

- Provide technical assistance in migration of client computer systems from Windows XP to Windows 7 platform.
- Following procedures set by client to save data, image  and restore settings to new or existing computer systems.
- Map network printers, install applications and manage a nightly deployment list.
- Working experience in Windows 7 Migration Project
- Determines overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements
- Build the detailed plan of the migration based on multiple constraints.
- Build the deployment waves according to the planning
- Interact with Business Manager in order to understand what are the critical applications and MS Office based end user development
- Interact with Business users to build their application inventory
- Optimize the cost impact of the deployment plan, waves and schedules
