Application Project Manager

APPLICATION PROJECT MANAGER, UI/UX DESIGN, EMEDS/ISTEP, UI AND UX FOR MOBILE APPLICATIONS ON WINDOWS, MAC, IOS AND/OR ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEMS

eCRM Euro are looking for a Application Project Manager.
To create the user experience strategy for eMeds/IStep mobile application and drive the overall design solutions based on usability, intuitiveness, consistency, delightfulness, business goals and time to market
Be accountable for the quality, and success of the user experience for a product throughout the entire life cycle, including optimization and innovation with new features
Work collaboratively within an agile product/business team to deliver the best product experiences through iterative releases
Help the business owners, IT managers and UX leadership evaluate success criteria and prioritize an efficient roadmap that balances short-term and longer-term experiences and focuses appropriately on the highest value opportunities
Act as the Strategic UI/UX design resource on the project eMeds
Act as UI/UX Quality Assurance on delivered/developed products
Facilitate UI/design thinking workshops and ideation workshops team collaboration sessions.
Create accurate weekly project/activity status reports and maintain all design and requirement documentation.
Formulate strong relationships, based on skills, knowledge, and trust, with internal departments and external vendors.

Skills and Experience
Experience designing UI and UX for Mobile Applications on Windows, Mac, iOS and/or Android operating systems
A minimum of 7 UI/UX design processes with minimal 2 years Mobile Application testing (hands-on)
Experience in planning and organizing Mobile UI and UX requirements
Experience creating and testing UI and UX test cases
Experience in translation of Business requirements into an optimal UX/UI design and select or design the correct solution (direction) corresponding these business requirements.
Experience with UML process documentation
A minimum of 2 years Agile/Test Driven Development
Experience working in a multi-vendor sourcing and international organization. Preferred Pharmaceutical companies

Excellent written and verbal communications and follow-up skills English mandatory Dutch plus
Ability communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel (internal and vendors/onsite and offsite)
Ability working on high pace and pressure projects
