Application Portfolio Management Specialist

One of our key clients is currently seeking an Application Portfolio Management Specialist for a 3 month contract located in Sydney's CBD for an ASAP start.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Provide authoritative domain expertise on the subject of Applications Portfolio Management (APM)
- Create, maintain and manage a large complex portfolio of applications
- Design and conduct surveys of business and technical users and stakeholders to collect information about the application portfolio using SurveyMonkey
- Authoritative, demonstrable domain expertise on the subject of Applications Portfolio Management (APM)
- Ensure portfolio is enhanced & maintained such that it continues to meet business functional need and vendor product maintenance remains current.
- Ability to leverage APM best practices, industry research, approaches, maturity models, prior consultancy experience etc. to guide all facets of the APM initiative
- Experience in data gathering and assessment of Application Portfolios
- Familiarity with databases (SQLServer), database technologies, ability to analyse data by constructing queries and developing reports
- Extremely strong and confident communication skills - verbal and written communications at all levels
