Our client is urgently looking for a Team Manager for their Application Operational Management of Customer Delivery to work on a critical project. Reporting to the Head of Operation.
A successful candidate will have 5 years plus experience of Operational management on Applications. The sector is Telecoms. ITIL experience is also require to a high level
Description of duties:
Ensure the area's operational responsibilities and obligations in the hiring period
* Lead Application Operations Team in Norway and India
* Possessing operative and technical skills, occasionally included in duty system
* Secure and safeguard obligations under the contracts and other expectations, with customer and client vendors
* Contribute and participate in forums with customers and other suppliers
* Ensure good and stable operation
* Ensure development and proficiency in unit
* Management and personnel responsibilities
* Contributor into various Governance activities
Skill requirements:
* Leadership and human experience
* Experience in management of offshore personnel
* Good knowledge about ITIL framework
* Norwegian, Swedish or Danish and English, written and spoken.
Desired skills:
* Ability to work purposefully structured/analytical and independent
* Ability to collaborate and customer focus
* High working capacity and learning ability
Desired properties:
Proactive and assertive
Stand on the abilities and good mood
