Application Management Consultant

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Application Management Consultant.

Job Description:

* From the application management knowledge area you support the TOPdesk package. You know everything about the operation and functionalities of this application and ensure that users are optimally supported in their work.
* Maintaining contacts with the supplier about new developments and possibilities.
* Make an inventory and translate the wishes of users and organize their work environment and software functionally.
* Set up guidelines/procedures for TOPdesk and ensure that they are used correctly to prevent unauthorized system use.
* Consider and implement primary, administrative processes together with the user organization.
* Document your executed work.
* Ensure the implementation and optimization of TOPdesk releases and advise you proactively and early on adaptations and expansions.
* Test the application professionally and effectively.
* Ensure that links with other systems continue to function properly.
* You play an important role in the project development self-service.

Key Requirements:

* At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in the past 7 years as a functional administrator/application manager of the TOPdesk application.
* Experience with guidance/execution of releases, updates and upgrades from TOPdesk.
* At least 3 years of demonstrable experience with and insight into (the developments in) (Self) service processes.
* Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with the most recent version of TOPdesk.
* Demonstrable at least 3 years of experience in at least three of the following areas:
- Reports in TOPdesk
- Reservation management
- Worcade
- Major reports
- SLA (service levels).

* BISL certified
* Completed an HBO study program, in a business administration or technical field.
* Demonstrable work experience in the field of SCRUM.
* Demonstrable knowledge of one of the following three components:
- chat function/Skype;
- additional portals (external services);
- TOPdesk mobile.
