APPLICATION MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - LINUX - SSO - OSB - AMSTERDAM - LONG TERM CONTRACT

The technical Application maintenance engineer takes care for the maintenance and availability of the applications.

S/He works in a team of about 8 maintenance people and collaborates with resources from several competencies (like storage, Linux, DBA). The focus is on technical and executing level. The engineer is responsible for the whole application software stack (including OS). The person can communicate well and is often in the center of changes being executed to the systems and applications. In incident management the person needs to ensure that the Service level Agreements agreed with the customer are being met.

Required Skills:

Maintenance skills on Linux/oracle environments:
Oracle products related to Web application: release levels 11G and beyond

- Single Sign On (SSO),
- Internet Directory (OID/OAM),
- Portal Builder (PORTAL),
- Publication (WCC),
- Service Bus (OSB, ESB),
- Data base

Java
Linux Scripts
Networks TCP/IP Routers Switches
ITIL processes
FLUENT (DUTCH)

Start date: ASAP
End date: 31-12-2017 commitment needed for at least 2 years!

Needs to work together in a team of 8-10 specialists.
