My client, a large consultancy, is looking for an Application Maintenance Delivery Manager for a 2 month opportunity near Venice.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience ensuring services are delivered in line with the contracted SLA's for the customer, accountable for ensuring the team deliver high levels of service, Identify opportunities for the client to reduce costs without impacting upon the quality of the service delivered, providing co-ordination between offshore delivery and onshore management teams, Deliver year on year service improvements and ensuring consistency with all geographies managed by the overall account.
