Role:
- Manage incidents & problems impacting ServiceNow, including interfaces & scheduled tasks.
- Provide support to the ITAM project by uploading & analysing integration results for classes imported from HP CMDB.
- When required, escalate incident to the editor (ServiceNow) & external involved partners (HP, HCL, Spie) or client internal teams (ESB, AD/SSO).
- Knowledge transfer to L2 (Global Solution Desk).
- Prepare knowledge article about planned outages.
- Maintain KB articles related to ServiceNow.
- Support during audit period.
- System administration (Admin tasks).
Knowledge:
- Failure Analysis, 1 - 2 Years
- Microsoft Active Directory, 1 - 2 Years
- Software design principles, 1 - 2 Years
- Systems Analysis & Design Skills, 1 - 2 Years
- Web-Based Development 1 - 2 Years
- ServiceNow admin certified
