Projektbeschreibung
The main mission will consist:
- Acquiring the solution knowledge from end July to begin September by self learning plus participate to the super user training cessions. Location: Brussels
- Test the solution during the UAT and support the UAT. Location Brussels
- Help the business with the end user training preparation + Provide some end user training to business. Location: 80 % on site from the 3 main locations
- Execute the cutover close to the business. Location: 80 % on site from the 3 main locations
- Post go live support + end user post go live training. Location: 80 % on site from the 3 main locations + Poland
Note that the mission will not consist of configuring the system but could require some additional testing related to bug solving during the post go live phase.
We are looking from 2 experienced consultants having a really good combined SAP functional experience in SD/MM and some experience in LES. Additional experience using PS is also interesting. Candidates should have at least Each consultant should have 3 years of SAP SD/MM combined experience and 5 years professional experience. They should present really good communication, training and presentation skills as they will in direct front line to support the business. Candidates should have good background experience in business processes related to Sales processing inventory and purchase activities + integration to FI and ideally for the heavy industry business. Note that the support should also cover SAP PS as the business will use PS to register time sheet. Candidates will learn the solution but should not learn how to configure it.
The Candidates will be ideally based in Brussels from end July to mid August and is expected travel heavily (70 to 80%) to the business locations (Vienna, Sweden, Germany, Poland) from mid August to mid nov. Candicates is not expected to remain working during the WE in these locations.
The candidate sshould have experience working within project and be used with the project methodologies, gorvernance and terms. They will work in close relationship with the existing internal Yara IT team, the project manager, the business super user and end user and the IBM support team.
Candidates should be proficient in English and other languages are a plus.
