Application Engineer

My Client are looking for an experienced application engineer for a brilliant contract opportunity based in Switzerland.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support activities of a Shop-floor Serialization application upgrade, testing and rollout
- Create and update technical project documentation (eg test cases)
- Contribute for agreed project CSV documentation (CSV compliance, accurate technical content, on-time delivery)
- Coordination and alignment of project documentation-related topics within the project team (global)
- Identification, analysis, resolution and eventual escalation of technical and documentation issues

REQUIREMENTS

- At least five years of experience as well as proven record of successful projects in a highly regulated industry like Pharmaceuticals
- Shop-Floor Serialization Systems experience incl. interface integration to SAP systems
- Hands-on experience in SHOP FLOOR SERIALIZATION (eg Laetus, Antares, SEAVision)
- Experience in interfacing with other systems like SAP
- Strong experience in CSV and GxP compliance (process and software)
- Analytical thinking, structured approach to resolution of issues as well as excellent communication skills
- Ability to arbitrate between a wide range of stakeholders to come to a solution (former work experience with stakeholders would be a big plus)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- A big plus would be knowledge of LAETUS TRACK+TRACE system & SAP AII/OER and/or SAP ATTP system.
