Application Development Technical Lead

Currently I am working with a leading Financial Services company based in Dublin city centre who are looking for an Application Development Technical Lead.
This role is based within the Payments Application team, and the successful candidate will be working on projects for developing next-generation online banking platform for their institutional client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Project Manager to manage complex, global, enterprise-level projects, including design, development, implementation, risk and control.
- Responsible for leading a software development team
- Work with the development teams and the Application and Domain architects in design and product selection.
- Oversee development quality to ensure solution is robust and scalable.
- Work with the Project Manager on scope, budgets, project plans and timelines
Knowledge/Experience:
Experience of leading software development projects and leading teams successfully in a globally distributed development team.
Experience of managing projects within large programs and reporting on detailed metrics to a PMO.
Software development experience with technology project lead experience is required.
Flexibility to handle multiple complex projects and changing priorities.
