APPLICATION SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LEAD .NET4.0, ASP.NET, MVC, JQUERY - FINANCIAL SECTOR - CONTRACT - DUBLIN
DAILY RATE €400 - €450
You will be is based within a leading Payments Application developing an online banking platform for their international client base.
You will be to lead globally distributed development teams in building enterprise-level applications used around the world. Your background will be in .NET web development at an enterprise level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Project Manager to manage complex, global, ENTERPRISE-LEVEL PROJECTS, including design, development, implementation, risk and control.
- Responsible for leading a software development team of up to 15 people.
- Work with the development teams and the Application and Domain architects in design and product selection.
EXPERIENCE & TECHNOLOGIES:
- Experience of leading software development projects and leading teams successfully in a globally distributed development team and managing projects within large programs and reporting on detailed metrics to a PMO.
- 5+ years of software development experience with 5+ years of technology project lead experience is required.
- Flexibility to handle multiple complex projects and changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with managing development of enterprise level end to end software applications (UI, Middle Tier, Backend Integration) is required.
- Experienced in development using Microsoft .NET FRAMEWORK 4.0, ASP.NET MVC 3.0, JQUERY, AJAX, JAVASCRIPT, HTML, CSS, XML/XSD AND SQL.
- Experience with Banking and Cash management applications and process would be advantageous but non-essential.
