Job Title: Application Developer: BPM

Job Location: Apeldoorn, Netherlands

Job Duration: 3 months with possible extension

DESCRIPTION:

- As a System/Software Engineer you will contribute to the development and use of this module.
- You are (partly) responsible for the timely and deliver the right quality of all the parts that contribute to the development of this module. Because of your experience with this matter, you are seen within the project team as the person for whom particularly the Rule Designer and the "verbalization" process, in an IBM/BPM context, has no secrets. In addition, you are expected to have an above average knowledge of the environment in which the IBM/BPM product is hosted. In that sense, you are a good substantive discussion partner of colleagues who are specialized and engaged in the technical infrastructure and operation.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

- The project "BPM" exists, within the context of the Solution Building Block (SBB) Business Process Management (BPM).
- This building block is the foundation to develop, manage and support. in the aforementioned context, business rules in a standardized and robust way.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Has knowledge of, and proven experience with (minimum 2 years) development with IBM/BPM, the most recent experience with version 8.5 of this product.
- Has knowledge of, and proven experience with (minimum 3 years) development of BPEL whose most recent experience with version 8.5 of this product.
- Has knowledge of, and proven experience with (minimum 3 years) Java development. Looking for candidates who are able to bring "best practices" in this area, based on knowledge and experience.
- Have relevant certificates on both IBM/IBM BPM/BPEL
- Can act as a coach for junior developers
- Has knowledge of and experience with Object Oriented Design; Web services (both SOAP/HTTP and RES)

PERSONAL SKILLS:

- Is able and willing to transfer knowledge an advice, asked and unsolicited. Has thereby feel for main and side issues and knows by experience and knowledge relevant cases to teach colleagues proactive attention.
- Has strong communication skills (know how to tune, knows how to find the right shape and tone, both verbal and written)
- Knows how to find a good balance between work independently and be part of a team.
