We are currently for an Application Coordinator who will be responsible for handling all testing activities with the assigned business partner for the web-based applications (5000 applications) inside the Windows 10+ project.
All the applications are divided in 3 categories, you will be given about 200-800 applications to manage, you will have to call up and organise everything for the app to be ready.
Skills required:
- Strong experience in coordinating projects
- Experience in migration readiness area
- Technical background in testing experience or system administration (ideally in migration readiness)
- Very good communication skills
- Independent, organized, used to work without direct supervision, with people skills
- Able to create a fast working relationship with the change director, application owners and the engineering team.
- ITIL Foundation certification or relevant experience in Service Management
- Experience in virtual, international team settings
- Business-fluid in English, both verbally and in writing
Nice to have:
- GxP experience
- Web development knowledge, strong windows 7 or 10 skills
- Previous Pharma or multinational company experience
- German, Spanish, French and/or Polish
