Monitoring (verification of support tickets by stakeholders, planning, completion)
Check the validity of the encryption provided by TMA and or editor. Validate figurings
Achievement of POC
Application configurations
Contact and coordination with the trades
Documents or updating the documentation for the different activities and/or flow
Running script in Oracle databases
Development on the Meridian application requiring
Programming knowledge: VBScript, c#, object, T - SQL and PL/SQL programming
Basic knowledge of Windows, MSSQL, Oracle and IIS infrastructure
Application recipes

Accompaniment to writing the recipe specifications & testing scenarios
Application recipes: after delivery TMA / editor/internal client (Patch, upgrade) and before revenue business
Assistance during the occupation (UAT) recipe
Helps put into production or production implementation

Assistance to users

Responses to requests for user application support
Climbing support in TMA requests and or editor
Responses to support requests regarding benefits DSI (off application).
Assistance in the conduct of change
Functional administration

Maintenance of the repository of clearances RC
Relationship with the DSI of the branch with the project management of the tool
Setting up the repository the RC branch-specific business

Control of functional & technical documentation on all of the perimeter
Update the records of the TMA cockpit and or editor
