Application Architect/Java

APPLICATION ARCHITECTS we are looking for someone to join our team supporting the EUROPEAN COMMISSION in BRUSSELS

A successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis and integration of different information systems, reviewing the architecture of existing systems and will provide assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and applications design;
- Good knowledge of modelling tool and Relational DBMS
- Good knowledge of business process analysis and interoperability technology

The ideal candidate will have specific knowledge of:

- JAVA technology and J2EE architecture
- Java tools and frameworks: Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, IntelliJ or Eclipse;
- Web services (WSDL, SOAP, REST, etc.);
- JMS and queues.

Applicants should be able to start ASAP. This position can be offered as a long-term freelance contract.
