JOB DESCRIPTION

A new COTS application from Moody's Analytics will be implemented by the customer. For this application deployments through DTAP based on a version control tool needs to be implemented, where configuration is stored in Oracle.

Both technical aspects, as process support is involved.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

- Experience with Oracle databases, preferably DBA experience (for performance tuning, applying version control on configuration and PL/SQL procedures);
- Experience with COTS ERP system, understanding the software stack components (including Appache Tomcat, IIS, web-tier)
- Experience with version control tool and Windows (Powershell)/Unix Scripting (bash)
- At least bachelor grade

COMPETENCES

- A highly motivated IT Engineer able to support and optimize a Commercial-of-the-Shelf solution, based on Oracle database and Linux/Windows platforms
- pro-active mindset, drive for continuous process improvement and high quality standards
- teamplayer, but also sufficient experienced to take lead in areas mentioned
- excellent communication skills English and able to train team in new tooling
- Experience with Qlikview is pré;
- Experience with ETL processes, LCM/upgrading COTS applications is pré

CURRENT PHASE IN PROJECT CYCLE

Startup, in April/May Dev environment of Moody's will be installed.
