-Demonstrate system and train customer process owner/key-user
-Fit/GAP analysis
-Evaluation/description of CR's
-Data migration (field/value mapping)
-Key-user training
-Tests including UAT, GoLive, Hypercare (4 weeks),
-Handover to Consulting
