Sr AP Analyst

Job Description:

Responsible for reviewing Consultant and General Contractor invoices for accuracy and adherence to contract terms/conditions, and policies and procedures, obtaining proper approvals, reviewing vendor aging reports and communications with vendors as well as data entry.

THIS PERSON WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF ACCOUNTING THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING INVOICES FOR ACCURACY AND ADHERENCE TO CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Requirements:

AA in Accounting or Finance, Business or related Construction management discipline

plus minimum 2+ years of direct relevant experience.

CANDIDATES WITH PRIOR CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED

Effective verbal and written skills.

Previous experience in an accounting or finance department.

Experience with either proprietary or enterprise-wide accounting system

Working in a Design and Construction or Facility organization is preferred but not essential.

Infrequent travel may be required in the Portland Metro Area

Standard Work Hours: 40; 8-5, with the possibility of working OT is required/approved
