Antivirus Specialist for a 6 months contract in Brussels

(FR+DU+EN)

We are looking for an Antivirus Specialist to deal with daily operational antivirus management related tasks.

Description:

- You will be responsible to look at malware incidents and abnormalities related to security threats
- Maintain the antivirus policies and create exception rules
- Through the ticketing system you follow-up antivirus operational incidents
- Anticipate new potential threats
- Stay up to date in General IT
- Update the antivirus user's manual and internal documentation
- Provide phone assistance to end users when necessary
- Verify that the antivirus is properly installed and functional on the end user's computers
- You identify performance related issue and adjust when necessary the antivirus policies to remediate

Profile:

- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Excellent knowledge of Windows OS support
- 5 to 10 years' experience in antivirus management
- Knowledge of Kaspersky Endpoint Security and Kaspersky Security Center is a big plus
- Analytical mind-set
