This role is for a Customer Decisioning and Contact individual to assist in a pilot scheme to present prompts to customers.
DELIVERABLES:
- Liaise with the business Stakeholders to confirm logic requirements
- Translate requirements into logic build design
- Develop logic in PEGA Decision Manager
- Testing of Logic
- Deploy Logic Packages into test and production environments
- Ongoing evaluation of activity
- Stakeholder management
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous use of PEGA Decision Manager (software)
- Previously been one of the following: Logic Developer/Logic Builder/CDM Developer or used Chordiant Decision Manager (CDM)/Strategy Director
- Proven Stakeholder management
