Analyst Support IT Operations (SAP Treasury)

Analyst Support IT Operations (SAP Treasury) wanted for our client in Basel.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- 5+ years of experience in SAP In-house Cash, Treasury (FSCM) covering Treasury Transaction Manager, Cash Management & Risk Analyzers (Credit, Market, Portfolio Analyzer)
- Expertise in IDOC, ISO20022 format (credit transfers/Direct debit) as well as solid experience in global and multinational IHC set up
- Knowledge of SAP Accounts Payables/Receivables
- Familiarity with Ticketing tools and level of documentation standards
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus

YOUR TASKS:

- Performing SAP Treasury Helpdesk support such as applying fixes, implementing changes, conducting regular system checks, monitoring technical interfaces, picking up customer requests and answering user inquiries
- Enhancements in the Global SAP Treasury system covering incident analysis, business requirement collection, implementation & technical testing, support service level agreement.
- Implementation of payments.
