A highly regarded Federal Government department based in Wollongong is looking to engage UP TO 8 experienced MIDRANGE DEVELOPERS to join their ICT team. The is a rare and highly sought after 12 month contract commencing immediately with a rewarding hourly rate on offer and possible extension of 12 months.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Review Functional Design documentation and escalate potential issues or gaps
- Complete required software build changes as per Functional Design and in accordance with the Build/Test processes and build checklists
- Complete peer reviews of software build work
- Create or update existing technical documentation
- Assist with investigation and analysis of software development issues

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED KNOWLEDGE OF AND EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OR MORE of the following skill sets:

Microsoft .NET

- Web Applications Development: using a variety of languages and tools including; ASP .Net, VB.NET, Visual Studio, C#, SQL Server, XML/XSL, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, TFS and IIS
- Integration Applications Development: using a variety of languages and tools including; SQL Server, C#, VB.NET, Visual Studio, WCF, XML/XSL, TFS, HTML, SOAP, Enterprise Library and Messaging/MQ Series

JAVA

- Client Server development using a variety of languages and tools
- Web/Client Server development using a variety of languages and tools
