Analyst/Programmer Lead

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ANALYST/PROGRAMMER LEAD to join our client inRockville, MD.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Under general direction formulates and defines system scope and objectives
- Able to solve complex problems and devises or modifies procedures to solve problems
- Prepares detailed specs which will be used to program
- Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and maintaining those programs
- Participates in all levels of the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Directing other team members and may act as a project coordinator

Job Qualifications:

- Has experience with state of the art application development support software packages and proficiency in at least 2 higher level programming languages
- Knowledge of the SDLC, client areas functions and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field/information technology work experience (8-10 years)
- Expert Level experience with C# and ASP.NET
- Deep experience developing triggers, stored procedures, and advanced data development skills with Oracle 11g(PL/SQL)
- Must have worked with Oracle on UNIX with some UNIX Shell Scripting & Maestro Job Scheduler experience
- Must have excellent system analysis, system design and communication skills
- Combination of .NET and Oracle is a must, SQL Server experience is not sufficient

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

- COGNOS Experience is Preferable
- Billing Experience is preferred
