Analyst Programmer/Developer - Cobol/CICS/DB2, Bi-Lingual, Paris, Fran

OBJECTIVE/BACKGROUND:

You will join the Application Development & Maintenance team at this international bank and work on various projects in the financial, security settlement and custody business areas. Bi-lingual: you must have a good level of English & French.

TASKS:

You must be able to analyse complex existing programs independently and to do impact analysis on Legacy systems. In line with the company's project development methodology, you will produce program specifications and will code the programme. You will ensure that these activities are executed within the agreed planning and budget, and will continuously stay focused on building high quality products.

- Detailed Technical Design, Coding
- Roadmap maintenances
- PL1 (Knowledge is a plus);
- Knowledge of development
- Strong in IBM Mainframe environment, experienced Cobol/CICS/DB2 programmer;
- Practical knowledge of structured programming, open minded and flexible to adopt the bank's guidelines for design, coding and testing;
- impact analysis, program specification and programming building test strategy and test cases for unit testing;
- writing of the detailed specs

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Financial markets or Back Office procedures or Securities Accounting;
- Mega (Modelling tool);
- Endevor;
