Analyst Programmer

We are currently recruiting for a CRM Analyst-Developer for our large client based in Brussel. This is an initial 6 month contract with strong possibility of extension.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Competence Centre is looking for a candidate to strengthen the team and help with the multiple on-going and upcoming projects. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will need to be Fluent in Dutch or French with strong knowledge of the other.

As a CRM Analyst-Developer, you will need the following skills;
- 3 years' experience in development of MS DX CRM 2011 and above solutions
- 2 years + experience in analysing solution in MS DX CRM 2011
- .NET
- Jquery

Preferred Skills;
- Project oriented profile
- Proven background in Insurance business or equivalent financial/banking
- SQL Server Integration Services
- Knowledge of Prince 2 methodology
- Knowledge of agile methodology (Scrum)

Objectives of role:
- Analysing and challenging the business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical solution whilst respecting the architectures principles
- Participating to solution design and estimation processes
- Develop solutions in MS DX CRM using all adequate tools and techniques.
- Testing your solution and fixing them when needed.
- Promote your work from one environment to another respecting the field rules.
- Monitor the platform (troubleshooting & performance)
- Be a CRM expert
- Be critical enough to challenge the needs, strategy and process
- Be focused on quality
- Be collaborative
