Analyst - ECM/Filenet

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Experience in Filenet 4.5/5.x and seasoned ECM IT Professional with experience in using business acumen to define/deliver technology based solutions.
- Interprets ECM business needs and translates them into Filenet ECM system requirements and forward to technical staff for system development.
- Experience in collecting ECM Non functional business requirements for an ECM Platform and assists the COE team in managing the capacity artefacts for the Filenet ECM Platform
- Provides ECM technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing ECM capabilities that meets user requirements. Experience and knowledge in configuring or administering Filenet systems for the platform.
- A strong knowledge and understanding of the full SDLC. Ability to build upon negotiation skills previously used in communicating with and influencing business personnel.
- Tertiary qualifications in an applicable discipline or IT stream is preferred but not essential
