ANALYST-DEVELOPER/PROGRAMMER - COLDFUSION, XML, SOAP, ORACLE

NATURE OF TASKS

The main tasks of the Analyst-Developer include:

- Functional analysis of user requirements and business process;
- Technical analysis and design of information systems;
- Conceptual, logical and physical design of databases;
- Design, implementation and maintenance of web services and related Middleware components;
- Design and implementation of user interfaces;
- Development, testing and deployment of information systems according to specifications;
- Maintenance of information systems;
- Development and implementation of test strategies;
- Development of interfaces between information systems;
- Production of functional and technical documentation;
- Provide user training and support.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

- University degree in Computer Science or relevant subject (4 years of education) OR
- Higher education in Computer Science or relevant subject (3 years of education, complemented with minimum 4 years of IT experience)

LANGUAGES, PROTOCOLS, STANDARDS AND METHODOLOGIES

This profile will require specific expertise in the following (non-exhaustive) languages, protocols, standards and methodologies. Additionally, the profile will require the expertise described in the Lots for which this profile is foreseen.

MANDATORY:

- Demonstrated experience as Analyst-Developer (functional analysis, technical analysis, DB design, application design and development, testing, documentation, user training and support) - 3 years
- Database Web Application analysis, development and documentation - 4 years
- ColdFusion Web Programming - 4 years
- Web Database programming (including Oracle Access via ODBC) - 3 years
- SOAP, SOA, WebServices - 2 years
- XML - 2 years
- HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS - 2 years

DESIRABLE:

- Secure Identity Management (single and mutual authentication, certificate handling via software cache or security token, OTP, encrypted storage, etc.)

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT, TOOLS AND PRODUCTS

This Profile will require expertise in the following (non-exhaustive) technical environments, tools and with the following products. Additionally, the profile will require the expertise described in the Lots for which this profile is foreseen.

- Windows Server environment (Web and DB) 2000 or higher - 4 years
- Common and up-to-date Web Browsers - 4 years
- Apache Web Server - 4 years
- ColdFusion Application Server (up to MX version) - 4 years
- Oracle database 9i or higher - 3 years

LINGUISTIC SKILLS

- Very good level of English (written and oral)
