Analyst/Data Validator

Our client is looking for an Analyst/Data Validator for a 6 month contract based in the Central Belt of Scotland (3 possible locations for the role). The role is to validate a mobile phone and mobile data sim transition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The receive, gather, chase, investigate and validate information from various internal and external systems.
- Identify and report on gaps in the data.
- Maintain up-to-date data registers.
- Mgrate data to CMDB and maintain configuration items in Service Now.
- Work closely with other members of staff.
- Chase down gaps in data by telephoning users for validation.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

- Excel experience - intermediate
- Other MS Office apps or equivalent eg Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Good telephone manner
- Good timekeeping
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Experience of working in a similar sized organisation preferable
- Mobile telephony/IT experience would be a bonus but it's not essential
