Our client, a Top Tier Bank, is looking to recruit a Customer Analytics Analyst to work on a major divestment programme. For this role you will provide analytical and modelling support to the bank, through interpreting business requirements and converting these into actionable data. For this role proven management information and analytics is required, alongside experience dealing with multiple data sources.

Core responsibilities will include:
*Delivering high quality data insight that drives improved decision making
*Managing client relationships
*Working with the business to interpret and influence business objectives and analysis requirements
*Recommend opportunities for improving customer and financial performance

Essential for the role:
*Financial services, ideally retail banking
*Divestment experience is highly desirable
*Proven experience in management information and analytics
*Customer and Market Insight
*Statistical and business modelling and performance measurements
*Experience in dealing with multiple data sources
*Extensive skills across SAS and SQL.
