JOB DESCRIPTION:
The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Transactions Director with managing the offices leases for the Americas portfolio. This will include completing various analyses, collecting data, extracting data from Requests for Proposal responses, preparing presentations for local business leaders, communicating with real estate brokers, updating reports, and other related tasks requested by the manager.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Good financial background.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Very good oral and written communication skills.
- Financial analysis experience - ability to compare Cash and P&L impacts of certain business decisions.
