Analyst

Will be working a lot with vendors that supply Service & Support (helpdesk and field service support). The Analyst will not be managing people directly, but will be making sure everyone is on track and politely nudging them when needed.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business or related experience
. 5+ years IT experience (in a BA, QA, Technical Writing, Support or Training)
. Should have hybrid PM and BA experience.
. Proven success with gathering business requirements, process design and servicebalances multiple priorities successfully; self-starter
. Experience working in an environment that applies a life cycle methodology
. Strong team player
. Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
. Advanced user of Visio or other diagramming software
. Ability to assemble and clearly present technical information to non-technical people
. Will be working a lot with vendors that supply Service & Support (helpdesk and field service support), so experience working with those types of vendors is very helpful. If they don't have experience with those specific types of vendors, they need to have experience working with some kind of vendor and have an understanding of SLA's and holding vendors accountable.
. Any background in the Franchised Organization industry would be a plus but is not required.
. Need to understand the challenges of working with a global team (scheduling meetings in multiple time zones, etc.)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
. Retail/Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience with Point of Sale application knowledge
. General knowledge of Windows-based POS systems
. Experience with virtual teams and global projects (Teams/Cultures)
