My client is a dynamic organisation who are enjoying a period of significant growth and expansion. They now require a strong interim to take responsibility for a particular project in the run up to a potential IPO, there is the very definite possibility that this will lead on to longer term opportunities within the business. Specifically, to be considered you must have significant demonstrable experience of developing robust financial models to underpin due diligence activities, combined with strong technical financial accounting and reporting skills. The ideal candidate is likely to be a big 4 ACA, with experience in business modelling, or transaction services, supplemented by financial modelling experience in a commercial environment. This is a full time role, however, you will be required to be on site for a minimum of 3 days per week. You must be immediately available and able to attend interview on Friday, 6 June 2014.
