My client, a leading energy supplier is looking for a Service Fulfilment Analyst to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis in Plymouth.
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced computer skills: Email, Excel spreadsheets/formatting, word documents, PowerPoint presentations, Business Objects reporting
- Knowledge and previous experience of working with Service Management toolsets such as Remedy
Desirable:
- ITIL background, previous experience of Service Fulfilment and in particular Service Level (OLA-SLA) Access, Request and Product Catalogue Management
- Knowledge of Service Assurance and working in a multi sourced organisation
