Analyst

Supply Chain Coordinator experienced with Supply Chain and Logistics Coordination, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering Support, and Customer Service is needed in the Minneapolis area. Utility experience is desired. This is a long term Contract position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Material and Production Planning, Supply Chain processes, Vendor and client relationship management for Utility construction projects
- Planning & Scheduling, logistics, reporting, forecasting, process and utility project coordination

REQUIREMENTS

- BS desired but not required and 2+ years of supply chain and logistics coordination, construction management, project management, engineering support, and customer service. Utility experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of concepts of lead times, manufacturing processes for commodities and highly engineering equipment, and fulfillment channels.
- Ability to work with suppliers to mitigate risk to construction crews for late materials. Coordinates and manages the logistics of job site deliveries and lay down yards.
- Builds and manages relationships with vendors, stores, buyers, accounts payable, project managers, construction, engineering, and standards on the successful execution of material fulfillment activities.
- Works in field to create complex material fulfillment solutions based on job site and crew conditions
