Analog/RF Physical Layout Designer Job

ANALOG/RF PHYSICAL LAYOUT DESIGNER needed for a CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY for Yoh's client in Chandler, AZ.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Tapeout experience
- Analog Layout

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Analog/RF Physical Layout Designer will create custom analog layouts for high performance designs.
- Analog/RF Physical Layout Designer will use Cadence Virtuoso layout tools and Calibre physical verification tools.
- Analog/RF Physical Layout Designer will develop components from concept through to demonstration
- Analog/RF Physical Layout Designer will collaborate effectively with optical designers to layout masks and assist in tapeouts

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- MINIMUM BSEE, CS or related subject matter AND five (5) plus years professional experience
- Five (5) plus years of experience using Cadence layout tools
- Strong working knowledge of layout planning and experience with at least 1 complete tapeout
- Extensive knowledge of analog matching, RF parasitics, ESD, latch-up, IR drop, etc.
- Proficiency in 90nm or below designs.
- Experience with delivery of complex blocks for top level integration in a mixed signal environment.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent education.
