Description:
WILL BE RECRUITING NON CLINICAL: ADMIN, CLERKS, TECHS, EDS
Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions.
Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs.
Conducts reference checks.
May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates.
High volume environment!
Only interested in candidates who have Allied health experience
Requisition review (multiple times per day)
Follow up, follow up and follow up
Client interaction
Sourcing Candidates
Presentation and/or disposition
Requirements:
MUST HAVE ALLIED HEATLH EXPERIENCE
Attention to Detail

High volume recruiting experience

Overall Business Acumen
3-6 Years of Full life cycle recruitment experience.
MUST HAVE STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION
MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE A DEMANDING WORKLOAD
Lotus Notes, TALEO STRONGLY PREFERRED
HEALTH SCREEN MAY BE REQUIRED
