Main Activities
Scripting of operational relevant scripts and adhoc monitoring
System monitoring, incident and problem reporting, escalation
System configuration, capacity reporting/planning, performance management
Setup and configure VIO Servers according customer needs
Emergency out-of-hours cover
IPL, PTF planning & installation
System installation/upgrades
Security Management
2nd & 3rd level system support
Engineering activities in the area of packaging and platform testing
Backup & Restore
Documentation and provide process optimization suggestions
In-depth AIX skills are required
