EXPERIENCE IN UPGRADE SERVICES AND SERVICE BULLETIN

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Analyse the Aircraft Configuration and Perform Feasibility Study
- Perform Pre-Post configuration on the affected areas of the aircraft
- Creation of Concept/Solution Definition
- Creation & Validation of Technical Offer
- Creation Modification Proposal and Technical Repercussion Sheet
- Plan & Perform the Design Modification
- Creation of Modification Approval Sheet
- Hands-on experience in CATIA V4/V5 tools environment
- Familiarization with the Airbus tools and procedures is an added advantage

MANAGERIAL SKILLS:

- Interact with Project leader, Functional Managers, and Technical Assistance team to prioritize and analyse the requests
- Assign work to Individual team members and monitor the same till closure
- Provide technical assistance to the engineering team as needed
- Effort Assessment
- Review the deliverables
- Capture KPI metrics of the team

WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Graduate/Post graduate in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering.
- About 8 years of experience in Aerospace with exposure to Aircraft upgrades and maintenance activities
- Knowledge of the MRO activities for Cabin, structures and Systems
