An AIFMD SME is required by a Fund Manager who has only just come under the AIFMD for the first time. The AIFMD Consultant will be required to advise on the transparency and disclosure required to become compliant.
This is a very broad role as the Fund in question will first of all need advising on how AIFMD will effect their business and then what they need to do.
In order to be appropriate for this role you MUST have experience of advising on AIFMD before within an Asset Management company. Whilst this is initially for six months, there is scope to be extended depending on the progress made.
