IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage all test functions in distributed teams (support of both software development and engineering deployments)
-Work directly with software development team and engineering teams in developing test approaches, test cases and act as team-member
-Ensure that customer, product manager, and technical lead requirements are met as described in both technical detail, use cases, and user stories
-Responsible for developing test plans, test approaches and test cases
-Review of requirements and optimization of other testing activities including test automation
-Manage defects, test environments and the appropriate test data as well as the risk assessment for the tested components
-Definition and execution of functional and non-functional test cases for software applications and interfaces
-Clearly articulate to Sr Leadership where any user story or requirement is in the test process and what will be eligible for deployment
-Review and enhancement of testing methodologies
-Support business units during different testing phases
-Cooperate intensively with other staff, such as software architects, software engineers, software consultants, test consultants, test engineers, test managers, business analysts and project managers or technical project managers

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience with test management, test planning, test reporting
-Experience with Micro Focus ALM (former HP QC/ALM) & test automation methodologies & tools (i.e. Selenium)
-Good SQL and XML know-how
-Experience with DWH Testing or Mobile-/API-/Web-Testing
-Preferably experience with requirement engineering methodologies
-English language skills are a must, German skills are a plus
-Banking know-how is an asset
