Agile Software Development Co-Ordinator - Switzerland

Our client, a major organisation based in Lausanne is looking for an Agile development team manager to lead a team of software developers, testers and configurators.

With a proven background in Mobile, Internet of Things and web solutions, you will facilitate team actions such as weekly meetings, project planning and performance management and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to specifications.

Ideally with previous experience in eCommerce or Retail, you will help foster strong working relationships between technical teams, business teams and IT project managers. You will also measure team effectiveness through KPI, manage backlogs using various tools such as Jira and HP ALM.

Fluent in English and French, you will have a solid understanding of software development across platforms and the organisational capabilities to manage team delivery of multiple projects.
