Agile Projectmanager (m/f)

For our customer, an international telecommunications company, we are currently searching for an Agile methodology coach / projectmanager (m/f) (w/m)

PROJECT START:asap

PROJECT DURATION:3 - 6 Months +

LOCATION:Munich

DESCRIPTION:

- Train and coach R&D IP development and/or platform project pilot teams to introduce lean/agile working
- Manage the coaching on a multi-team agile adoption
- reparation of presentations & reports for management meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years of (embedded) software project management
- 5+ years experience in wireless industry with broad R&D experience in different departments
- 3+ years working in an agile environment, in a variety of roles and situations using Lean, Scrum and Kanban
- 2+ years managing one or more Agile teams
- Experience working with globally dispersed teams across different time zones utilizing various collaboration tools and techniques
- Experience facilitating training and workshops
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to prepare and scribe for workshops
- Absolute fluency in English
