Agile Project/Programme Manager

Agile Project/Programme Manager - Contract - 6 months initially - Cambridgeshire.

My client, a leading Software Engineering company, is looking for an experience Project/Programme Manager that has extensive experience of working and leading an Agile Environment.

You will need the following experience:
Ability to plan and schedule work to meet agreed deadlines;
Well versed with Agile methodology and practice and experienced at leading an Agile delivery team; Financial tracking and forecasting capabilities;
Should be aware of continuous integration methodologies (MATT skills are particularly desirable) and have previous knowledge of how to automate;
Proven ability to monitor and motivate engineering teams;
Experience balancing the needs of external and internal stakeholders through personal leadership; Ideally, knowledge of GIS technologies;
First class communications skills, both written and verbal; able to produce reports and communicate program with a variety of stakeholders;
Familiar with project scheduling tools such as JIRA;
Comfortable with configuration methods, versioning and documentation tools.

In addition, you will need to be self motivated, looking to accept new challenges and with a pro-active and pragmatic approach to problem solving. This contract is likely to extend past the initial duration
