PROJECT MANAGER - PRINCE 2 - BPR - AGILE - COUNCIL - BUSINESS CHANGE- TRANSFORMATION

I am currently recruiting for a number of Senior Agile Project Managers on behalf of a council based in the South East This is a contract role that will run for 12 months + in 3 month Increments.

This role undertakes the management and co-ordination of specific projects relating to the Agile Programme. The programme is nearing the end of the design stage and is now looking for experienced Senior Project Managers to deliver complex business change projects relating to new ways of working in each of the following business areas: Adult Social Care; Children's Services; Community Economy and Transport; or Business Services and Governance Services. This includes the following:

Whilst there is a technical element to the projects the Council are looking for Project Managers who have a broader understanding of business change projects that include elements of business process engineering, change management, technology and in some cases property relocation.

The Agile Transition Project Manager will require excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills as they will be required to engage with Heads of Service and Assistant Directors as well as cross functional teams. In addition the Senior Project Manager will be expected to not only manage the project but also to lead it through exemplary interpersonal and people skills.

- BPR - Business Process Re-Engineering
- Agile Methodologies
