Duration: 6months+

Daily rate: £400pd

PROPERTY PROJECT MANAGER

The primary focus of this role is to progress the Agile design and planning of for the offices of our client.

Challenging the existing Agile work ratio's providing two further options to illustrate maximum building efficiency and potential of savings across the estate.
The post holder will develop a detailed project plan for the term of the project and provide accurate costings of works. This will inform the business and serve as a communications tool with services.
This role will be responsible for engaging with senior stake holders to develop and sign off detailed floor plans which will conform to Agile standards and maintain business operations throughout.

EXPERIENCE
A strong project manager with experience in Prince 2 governance and Agile Working/Smarter Working environments.
An accomplished project manager with the ability to prepare a detailed project plan illustrating all aspects (RAIDs) of project management
A proven track record in building strong relationships and managing senior stakeholders, with particular understanding of the challenges faced by Adult Social Care and Children's Services.
Evidence of close working with suppliers to problem solve in order to deliver a successful project.

REPORTING
As part of the Agile property team you will report to the Property Delivery Manager and will work alongside two Asst Client Officer's.
